Do you even TRAIN BRO? Yes we do! We want our Urban Family to start 2020 off right, so we’ve set up a Team Weight Training Challenge for 6 weeks starting Dec 23rd.
Teams of 3-4 people have signed up to do 3 extra training sessions per week (on top of the 30 classes per week that we are running over the holidays!), which are self-managed weights sessions in the gym. Richie has designed the weights program for each session, and the challenger’s goal is to work together to gain the best individual results they can.
Everyone gets an Evolt scan at the start of the challenge, and will be scanned again in 6 weeks – the team with the most significant improvements collectively, wins the challenge and all the glory.
