What is the $10 Muaythai Introduction Session?
- Learn the basic techniques of muaythai in a supportive beginner environment
- Low impact style class that is designed to show case what muaythai is about so you can decide if it is a sport for you or not.
- This class is ONLY for beginners !!
- No equipment needed
- This 1 hour introduction session is for you to come and try muaythai whilst having a good look at our gym.
- Its a great way to meet our trainers before you join!

Your 1 off session is valid in any of our Kickstarter Classes Only.
Kickstarter Classes run every week Monday & Wednesday at 6.45am, Tuesday & Thursday at 7pm & Saturdays at 9.30am
