Mr Pik our resident Thai trainer returns this week to Urban Fight Gym for 5 months! We are super excited to have him back in Australia. He has over 25 years experience was a champion of his time and brings a world of culture and technical knowledge to our gym.
Don’t be shy, come in as often as you can to learn from the master of the sport. Learn some Thai language while he is here and pick his brain on all aspects of training. He also loves fishing!!
